We start by collecting an outdoor air sample to determine normal spore counts found in nature. We collect multiple air & surface samples inside the property to detect amplified spore presence.

Lab Results & Interpretation

We provide an in-depth lab report of mold spores detected inside the property including potential health risks due to longterm exposure.
